Garlicky green beans

Garlicky green beans

Ingredients (8 servings)

600g green beans, trimmed

25g butter, chopped

1 garlic clove, crushed


Cook beans in a saucepan of boiling, salted water for 6 minutes or until just tender. Drain.

Return beans to pan. Add butter and garlic. Toss over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until coated. Serve.
