Menopausal Hot Flashes and Memory Loss

Menopausal Hot Flashes and Memory Loss

New research results seem to show that women who have experienced hot flashes during menopause are more prone to having issues with their memory.

An extensive study was done at universities in Illinois and Chicago in the USA, where they tested the memory of several women in menopause. The results showed that women who experienced the most hot flashes preformed the worse in the memory tests.

This memory loss seems to be due to the fluctuating hormones like estrogen and progesterone.

Furthermore, the research concluded that women with unhealthy lifestyle habits (being overweight, smoking, or drinking heavily) are more likely to experience uncomfortable menopausal symptoms such as vaginal dryness and irregular periods, night sweats and obviously hot flashes.

A drop in estrogen levels is the main cause of all menopausal symptoms. Increase estrogen levels the natural way with the Manna Menopause Support supplement, which is formulated with only the best plant based estrogens, to counteract menopausal symptoms, without any side effects.
