Ingredients (serve 4)

  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200g grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup (80g) semi-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 40g baby rocket
  • 80g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar


Place cherry tomato, grape tomatoes, semi-dried tomato, rocket and feta in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar. Toss to combine. Serve.
