This might not seem like much, but taking the stairs instead of the elevator a few times a day really adds up.
5. Increase Cardio workouts
Even if you are already killing it in the cardio section, step it up a notch. You don’t have to extend the time you spend on cardio, just increase the gradient on the treadmill or the resistance of that exercise bike.
6. Increase Weights
Along with your intensified cardio routine, throw in some weights. Light weight training can help with longer periods of calorie burning, even after your workout.

8. Make Small Swaps
Start off slowly with things like substituting a soft drink with a glass of water with sliced lemon. Change the type of bread you eat from unhealthy white bread to whole-grain. If you are craving something sweet, eat fruits or berries instead of chocolates and sweets. If you do want some chocolate, a small piece of dark chocolate won’t due too much harm.
