Ingredients (makes 2 cups)
3 medium avocados, chopped
½ small red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Chopped fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Place avocado in a bowl. Mash with a fork until almost smooth. Add onion, lemon juice and tabasco. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Top with coriander. Serve immediately.
