Ingredients (3 servings)
- 1 can (±400g) red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- dried red chilli flakes (to taste)
- 3 tablespoon tzatziki
- 12 Provita’s
Combine the kidney beans, tomato, coriander, lemon juice and chilli flakes in a medium size bowl. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Spread Provita’s with the tzatziki, then top with the bean mixture. Serve.
