Good afternoon Brandt
I have lost 40kg this year and I’m very proud of myself and the Manna products. I have more than 300 women on my Facebook page, “ons vetties”. You can go check it out if you want to.
I can say “no thanks” to take-aways and I can walk past any good food and not even think about it. Manna has given me a lot of energy and my kids go crazy when I start working and running around. I am almost 40, but feel like a 20 year old with a new body and energy.
My diet is as follows- I try to eat what is in my house and just cut out some of the foods, like too much starch and sugar… My grandpa always said everything with a “too” can’t be good for you.
I have cut 80% of my tea and coffee away and replaced it with water.
For breakfast I have:
1 or 2 Boiled eggs with cucumber or tomato.
Or muesli and yogurt.
A big salad, because by now I am very hungry.
Tomato, Lettuce, Cucumber, Feta Cheese, Tuna or Ham
(A lot of people would not agree with this, but I do this because it works for me)
Any vegetables that we cook for dinner (but mostly cauliflower)
Carrots, Peas, Beans, Beetroot Salad, And a small piece of the meat that has been cooked for dinner.
To completely change my diet with 7 people in the house was almost impossible, thus I eat what I can.
If I get hungry I would eat a Snackbread or Provitas, but in moderation.
I drink 3 to 4 litres of water per day, which was always impossible, but Manna makes me thirsty.
I drink the shake twice a day and take the tablets 3 times.
As I have mentioned, I have lost 40kg and more than 150cm. I still have to calculate it exactly, but I estimate that I have lost nearly 2m across my entire body.
It is not easy and perseverance is needed, which I never had until I discovered Manna. It is a pity that not many shops have the products and they are so expensive. I can only get the Manna Shake and Blood Sugar Support at Dischem and have to buy the Fat Burner at a different pharmacy at a high price. There is such a wide range of products on the market, but it’s only available on the internet.
