A guaranteed way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.
Replacing your regular breakfast with a protein shake may help you do that, leading to gradual weight loss. However, it’s important to make sure that any protein shake you use as a meal replacement still provides the nutrients you need and satisfies your hunger.

It is so much easier to just fill up my shaker with water and add the shake. With the blood sugar support it has taken away my craving for sweet stuff. I have just started using it so do not know how it will effect my weight as I eat normally at night. It is very tasty.

I normally do not like a shake, but found that the Manna shake is pleasant tasting and helps curb my appetite. I have tried the Clicks shake, although it taste nice, it was too sweet and did nothing to my curb my appetite. I have also introduced the manna shake to a friend who often skip meals.

After completing the 7 day Detox plan, I bought the combo. The chocolate shake is really good, yummy and it fills me up. I used to weigh 115 kg and now weigh 109 kg. I am so happy and thrilled with the results, and already ordered my second combo. I love the meals I eat, and its so much easier with the shake especially at work and for breakfast on a weekend.
