Raw honey is a super food, believed to be the best natural sweetener. Packed full of iron, zinc, calcium and lots more. Use raw honey in tea or in backing instead of sugar. Just don’t over do it, as it still counts as a sugar, even if it is natural.
2 small Pears, Fresh
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Raw Honey
100 ml Yogurt
1 Cup Milk, preferably Full Fat
1 Heaped scoop Manna Shake Powder
2 tbs Chia Seeds, Optional
Cut the pear into chunks, removing the stem and seeds. Add everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
