6 Large Strawberries, fresh
2 tsp Cinnamon
100 ml Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Milk, preferably Full Fat
1 Heaped Scoop Manna Strawberry Shake Powder
2 Tbs Chia Seeds, Optional
Cut up the strawberries and add all ingredients into the blender and blend together.
